I really wanted to experiment with repetition in this piece. I am more pleased with the second scene than the first. All in all, I think that this project could make a good starting point for another, more fully developed, piece.
The basic idea behind this piece is that our society is oversaturated with medication. The pills move intricately from hand to hand showing how hyped these medications have become. The smiley recepticale catches the pills, and beings to glow, but he can only take so much. After a while the smiley looses his shine and becomes grey. After this point, no matter how many pills are stuffed into the faces, they can not smile anymore.

I like where you're going and I think the repetition works well.
How about a subtle color change from happy yellow face to something like a red sad face?
- Good use of motion blur and repetition. However, the little hands first appeared like little bowing men. Perhaps go ahead and use a real hand image.
- Work on the ball speeds for their lift off and drop. There is often an uneven speed which doesn't quite function properly -- and even a moment when the whole comp slows down. This appears more like a bug that an planned move in the piece.
- Perhaps try to tell us why the face is frowning with other images.
Nice...the looping is working very consistently in this piece. Nice overall look!
I wasn't sure at first about the repetition of the hand-feet. I did however love the image and think that it is a great concept. As the peice went further into the final stages the repetition in the beginning seemed to work out better than I thought. Extremely refined. Good work!
lol i think its cool. To me the dude is being tortured by being teased by the drugs that are being thrown around in his face. The rhythm works too. I really wanted to see one of the dudes get a drug so he can smile though. :(
